Isn't that the way the world works, we want everyone to see things our way. The difference is these articles are based on fact and life experience not emotion. Well they could lean in a certain direction, but then it is my web site. Now some of these letters, articles or opinions, depends on what you want to call them can bring out some very negative emotions in people. I am and tend to be more on the scientific side of things, non-emotional, no-hysterics, pretty much dry and to the point. I do not have time nor the inclination to babysit or hold hands. I do not do well with those folks that tend to be on the high maintenance side . Have in the past shot one of my horses (old and with broke leg) and will do so again if necessary in the future. You can not use my opinions in whole or in part in any documentations whether verbal, in writing or in reference (papers or internet) without my expressed permission. They are after all mine. If you want some form your own. If you do not agree with me, I do not care, these are afterall my opinions. Please take your discussion to someone who cares about your opinion or drive it towards one the monetary sucking sites like HSUS or PeTA whose political agenda is in reality not geared towards the animals. Do not believe me then just read the HR 503 and Slaughter issue. Now for the statement that I love by the President of HSUS who states: “One generation and out. We have no problem with the extinction of domestic animals. They are creations of human selective breeding...We have no ethical obligation to preserve the different breeds of livestock produced through selective breeding.”Wayne Pacelle, HSUS, former director of the Fund for Animals, Animal People, May 1993 Wow does this mean because they are domestic and transportation for other purposes are inhumane that you cannot go to the vet after all we are under no obligation to preserve the breed. Read that quote carefully. These organizations want your money and emotional support, they throw gruesome photos up and the majority of the photos are in other countries not here in the United States. Why? Because you are bleeding hearts and suckers and they are bleeding your dry, both financially and emotionally. So when you get to this point and wonder where your dogs or cat are remember this quote “Let us allow the dog to disappear from our brick and concrete jungles from our firesides, from the leather nooses and chains by which we enslave it,". John Bryant, Fettered Kingdoms: An Examination of A Changing Ethic (Washington, DC: People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PeTA), 1982), p. 15. Some of my opinions are not finished yet... and some may never be, opinions are like your knees and elbow we all have a few and they change with the passage of time.
